He attended Seoul Sebing-go Onnuri Presbyterian Church and was a member of the young adult Bible study group. There he met his wife, and they had three children.
While he lived as a Christian in the world, there was an unexpected turning point in his life: a call from God to serve ministry. Shortly after, he resigned from his position at the oil company and took his whole family to Hawaii Kona YWAM (https://ywam.org) for a mission training. he finished a short-term ministry in the Philippines and returned to Korea. He also served Marriage Builder Ministry in Onnuri Presbyterian Church and held on to his interest in the ministry of compassion he had in the past.
He studied at the Presbyterian University and Theological Seminary, he served as Pastor at: the ANM-All Nations Worship and Praise Ministry (https://anm21.org) led by Stephen Ha Missionary , DongAn Presbyterian church in Seoul young adults ministry, and young adults, couple’s and family ministry in MooHak Presbyterian Church in Seoul.
In the churches he served in Korea, he shared a vision of life to practice the idea of a Christian working in the world according to God’s will. In 2008, he moved to Canada with his family to continue to share his vision with the people who are willing to join in this work. Currently, the members are scattered all over the world. Even though they are not in the same space, they still share their vision with each other, gather together in hearts, worship together, and are building a global church in Christ.
He has been working in Kitchener-Waterloo region for over 10 years to create a Charitable Organization called Peacenote Mission Centre (PMC) that practices the love of God in the region with the prayers and support of members who shared his vision in the past church communities.
